I have depression and anxiety. And I draw stuff.
Ruby feels. I have them.
Rubyetc is the reason why I started drawing about my mental illness issues, which is awesome in itself, but she’s also been super encouraging and friendly! Not to mention that her art is absolutely amazing!
Happy birthday, Ruby! <3
I need reminding now and again.
I associate emotions with colors, and it wasn’t until recently (when I accepted myself as mentally ill) that I started to like blue. Weird, huh?
Or that you’re making it up/being hysterical/oversensitive/whatever. Mental illness is real, and it’s hard.
Best expressed with squishy teddy bears.
I love tumblr’s mental illness community.
Inspiration from this Reddit comment.
And I’ll keep doing my best!
This happens a lot when I talk to neurotypical people and they tell me stuff like “I had a baby”, “I moved,” or even, “I parallel parked.”
